But even for those who avoid infection, there are significant challenges to mental health and resiliency stemming from economic crisis, family pressures, uncertainty about the future, and much more. So one of the best things you can do for yourself and for others is to reach out and check in. Share how you are feeling with others. Seek out those who may be vulnerable, lonely, or isolated.
